At Heega Sports, we design our products with your needs in mind. However, if you are not satisfied with a product or feel that it is not suited for you, we will gladly take it back. We offer a 30-day return policy during which you can request a refund or exchange for another item.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only in the following special cases:

• The product is faulty, which would have prevented you from purchasing it if you knew about the defect beforehand.
• The product does not match our product description.
• The product quality is not as we claimed it to be.

If any of these conditions are met, we will process the return within a reasonable time frame.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched. However, once the order is out for delivery, you cannot cancel it. You can choose to reject the order at the doorstep if needed.

The time window for cancellation is typically within 3 days from the order date or before dispatch (whichever comes first). If this time frame has passed, cancellations are no longer possible.

In some cases, after the specified cancellation window has passed, a cancellation fee may apply if you choose to cancel the order.

In case of cancellations from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, we will initiate a full refund for prepaid orders.

Heega Sports reserves the right to accept or decline any cancellation request and may modify the cancellation window or cancellation fee from time to time.
