A branded sample is a production run of one, so it follows order confirmation and advance payment. Charged at 1.5× list price, freight on the buyer.
We need your written approval of both the sample and the artwork. The bulk run then follows the approved sample.
In order: sample → your written approval of sample and artwork → 30 to 45 days in production → 4 to 5 days by air in transit. Prices are quoted per inquiry, against your spec and quantity.

OEM buyer questions
What is the minimum order for a first private-label run?
50 pieces. That is the minimum for a buyer's first production run under their own brand, and it is the same for every OEM buyer. Prices are quoted per inquiry against your spec and quantity, so tell us the products and the quantities you have in mind and we will come back with a quote and a lead time.
What is the minimum for a repeat order?
100 pieces per line, on every run after the first. The first run has the lower minimum of 50 pieces; from the second run onward each product line you reorder is 100 pieces at minimum. The terms are the same for every OEM buyer, first order or fiftieth, and prices are quoted per inquiry against your spec and quantity.
How long does an OEM order take to make?
Production takes 30 to 45 days, counted from the day you approve the sample and the artwork in writing — not from the day you place the order. Transit is a separate clock that starts only once the goods are produced. Our own Heega-branded range skips the production window, so it is the quickest way to see our work first.
How long is shipping once the order is made?
Once the goods are produced, transit is 4 to 5 days by air to almost anywhere in the world. Freight is on the buyer's account, so you choose the forwarder and the mode; the 4–5 days by air figure is an air figure and applies only after production ends, not from the day you order.
Can I see the quality before I commit, and can I get a sample in my own branding?
Yes, in two ways. To judge the quality with no commitment, order from our own Heega-branded range at list price plus freight; it is available immediately. A sample in your own branding is a production run of one, so it follows order confirmation and advance payment and is charged at 1.5× list price, freight on the buyer.
What do you need from me before the bulk run starts?
Your written approval of both the sample and the artwork. Nothing goes to bulk before that, and the bulk run then follows the approved sample. The production window of 30 to 45 days is counted from that approval, so the sooner the sample and artwork are signed off, the sooner the clock starts.
